A new build will be deployed on test realms today. Most of these changes were already documented in the latest PTR notes update but keep an eye out for new things!

Cataclysm Dungeon

• Spirit Twister Defeat 20 Twisted Spirits within 15 seconds during the Jin'do encounter in Zul'Gurub on Heroic difficulty.
• Ring out! Defeat Daakara in Zul'Aman on Heroic difficulty without leaving the rectangular turquoise stonework inscribed on the floor in the center of his area.

Reputation

• Ambassador of the Horde now requires you to be exalted with Bilgewater Cartel.
• Ambassador of the Alliance now requires you to be exalted with Gilneas.

• Raise Ally has been revamped and is now a battle rez spell - Pours dark energy into a dead target, reuniting spirit and body to allow the target to reenter battle with 20% health and 20% mana. 30 yd range, 50 Runic Power, 10 min cooldown, Instant

Glyph

• Inscription: Glyph of Raise Ally has been replaced by Inscription: Glyph of Death Gate - Reduces the cast time of your Death Gate spell by 25%.

Feral

• Stampeding Roar (Bear) now increases movement speed by 60% for 8 sec, up from 40% for 6 sec.
• Stampeding Roar (Cat) now increases movement speed by 60% for 8 sec, up from 40% for 6 sec.

Restoration

• Lifebloom now costs 11% of base mana, up from 7%. Base healing reduced by 20%, from 2306 to 1847.

Balance

• Cyclone now lasts 5 sec, down from 6 sec.
• Starsurge base damage has been reduced by 20%, from [ 1272 to 1756 ] to [ 1017 to 1405 ].
• Moonkin Form now frees the caster of movement impairing effects instead of slowing effects.

Holy

• Body and Soul (Rank 2) now increases target's movement speed by 30%, up from 25%.

Discipline

• Inner Fire now lasts until cancelled.
• Inner Will now lasts until cancelled.

Demonology

• Demonic Empowerment now also removes fear, banish, or horror effects on your Felguard.

Protection

• Spell Reflection now has a 25 sec cooldown, up from 10 sec.
• Gag Order no longer affects Shield Bash.
• Shield Mastery no longer reduces the cooldown of Spell Reflect. Now causes your Shield Block to also reduce magic damage taken by 8/16/25%.

Fury

• Unshackled Fury now Increases the benefit of abilities that cause or require you to be enraged by 11.2%, down from 44,8%.
• Pummel no longer requires Battle or Berserker Stance.

Arms

• Strikes of Opportunity now gives a 17.6% (up from 16%) chance for your melee attacks to instantly trigger an additional melee attack for 100% normal damage. Each point of Mastery increases this chance by 2.2%. (Up from 2%)
• Drums of War no longer affects Shield Bash, now affects Demoralizing Shout, Intimidating Shout and Challenging Shout.
• Juggernaut now reduces the cooldown of your Charge by 2 sec, down from 3 sec.

Glyph

• Inscription: Glyph of Spell Reflection now reduces the cooldown on Spell Reflection by 5 sec, up from 1 sec.
