Sorry mate but since they made it a bit easier to rank, it is now possible to get rank 14 with standing 3.

A couple of weeks ago Zenedar got 5 Rank 14's in one week. Horde got 3 - Nevihta (Delirium), Tinkerpan (LionS) and Zelo (LionS) just in case you want to verify :-)
