    per quanto riguarda il forum:

    pannello utente -> appartenenza a gruppi -> world of warcraft -> fai richiesta e nelle note metti nome pg in game

    poi aspetti che un admin ti abiliti

    per quanto riguarda ventrilo:

    nelle "guild information" in game trovi tutte le coordinate per settare ventrilo
