Update 05:00 CET - Cleaned the last two news posts, added the official patch notes update to the bottom of the <a href="http://www.mmo-champion.com/index.php?topic=42702.0" target="_blank">PTR Patch 3.1.0 - Build 9658</a> recap post. Ulduar - Boss Loot The Iron Council was available for testing on US PTRs, I guess we can officialy start the Ulduar loot list! The hard mode of the Iron Council is achieved by killing Steelbreaker last.
