Patch 3.3 - PTR Build 10712
A new build has been deployed on PTRs, nothing really important for the moment but it might get better when servers are online. Stay tuned.

Item - Icecrown 25 Heroic Caster Trinket 1 Base (http://db.mmo-champion.com/s/71645/) - Your harmful spells have a chance to increase your spell power by 121 and an additional 121 every 2 sec for 20 sec.
Racial
Will of the Forsaken (http://db.mmo-champion.com/s/7744/) now shares a 45 sec cooldown with other similar effects.

Infusion of Light (http://db.mmo-champion.com/s/53576/) now also reduces the cooldown on the effect of Sacred Shield by 12/24 sec.
Aura Mastery (http://db.mmo-champion.com/s/31821/) now lasts 6 sec. (Down from 10 sec)
