Come vi abbiamo riportato ieri sera (http://www.battlecraft.it/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=2787) durante il guasto, ci sono stati alcuni problemi in tutta Europa con la connessione ai servizi di World of Warcraft e Starcraft 2. Oggi Blizzard spiega quali sono stati i problemi all'origine di questo malfunzionamento.

Durante la serata di Martedě 22 Febbraio, un grave malfunzionamento si č verificato in una delle dorsali di un internet service provider Europeo. Come molti altri servizi che dipendono da questo backbone, l'incidente ha avuto un impatto anche sui servizi di World of Warcraft e Starcraft II fino a che il problema non č stato risolto attorno alla mezzanotte.
Ci rendiamo conto che problemi di accesso al servizio causano parecchia frustrazione e, come con questo messaggio ora, cerchiamo di fornire chiarimenti quando una soluzione č stata trovata. Ricordate di controllare le "Breaking News" nel game client e i forum di stato del servizio per maggiori informazioni durante queste interruzioni di connessione. On the evening of Tuesday 22 February, a major disturbance occurred in a service provider’s internet backbone for Europe. As with many other services relying on this backbone, the incident impacted access to World of Warcraft and StarCraft II services until the issue was corrected around midnight (CET).
We realise service access issues can cause a lot of frustration and, as with this message now, we aim to provide some explanation once a solution has been implemented. Please remember to check breaking news in the game client, and the Service Status forum, for information during such interruptions.
